Description Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their team on a contract basis in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive financial forecasts, consolidating reports across multiple ventures, and analyzing key financial metrics to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a detailed five-year financial forecast to evaluate potential profitability based on strategic investments.
- Consolidate financial reports from nine ventures into a unified format for strategic leadership analysis.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of fee income impact across various office locations.
- Prepare and deliver financial reporting and actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
- Design and maintain advanced Excel-based reporting tools to support financial analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and data consolidation.
- Assess budget processes and provide insights for optimizing capital management.
- Utilize data mining techniques to identify trends and opportunities for financial improvement.
- Support auditing efforts by ensuring compliance with accounting standards and practices. Requirements
- Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting functions, auditing processes, and capital management.
- Excellent ability to consolidate data from multiple ventures for strategic reporting.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering insights to executive teams.
- Familiarity with budget processes and fee income analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
