Pet Insurance What You’ll Do:

Partners with others to provide input and guidance on business issues and to provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the line(s) of business. Conducts and documents financial analysis projects, data gathering, manipulation, summarization and analysis off financial reports, sales activity, trends, and opportunities. Gathers and processes data to support business analysis and cost/revenue driver reporting Perform financial modeling to support key business decisions Researches, analyzes, and synthesizes data from multiple sources into business information as directed and by self-identification of business information needs Present findings through building dashboards/visualizations to leadership Provides accounting with monthly reports and reconciliations needed for month end close process Performs ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business and Sr. Analyst requests Supports Sr. Analysts and business in forecasting and budgeting process Build key relationships with end customers and business leaders Engage effectively with cross-functional teams to test hypotheses and validate recommendations Works with Analyst I to help grow their business knowledge and technical skills

What We’re Looking For:

Education Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management, finance, or related field required Experience 3-6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting required
1-2 years of data modeling experience preferred Skills/Certifications Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Working knowledge of Pivot Tables and functions within Excel.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SQL is preferred
Intermediate knowledge of PowerBI and/or Tableau
Basic Financial analysis, Quantitative analysis planning, and Analytical skills
Strong communications, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills are preferred Work Environment / Physical Requirements – Normal office settings.
