Our boutique property development firm is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
- Asset Manager
- to oversee property management activities across both commercial and residential portfolios.
Reporting directly to the owner, this leadership role involves enhancing site operations, driving profitability, and streamlining office efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for real estate and property management, coupled with a proven track record of delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise regional and onsite property managers, ensuring high standards of property operations and performance.
- Act as a representative of ownership, managing client relationships and overseeing contracts.
- Lead initiatives to enhance property profitability and operational efficiency.
- Develop, manage, and adhere to fiscal budgets to meet financial objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the firm’s local office, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to ownership.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the owner.
Qualifications :
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred. Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or other real estate-related certification/license preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of property management experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); intermediate expertise in Excel, including macros.
- Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new software tools.
