Job Summary
The No Surprises Act (NSA) Revenue Recovery Analyst is responsible for working within the NSA Team to ensure open negotiation notices, Independent Dispute Resolutions (IDR) and Offer notices are handled in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with departmental and governmental guidelines. Responsibilities
Responsible for learning and bing an expert in all NSA business office processes and workflows.
Responsible for following all NSA business office processes.
Responsible for ensuring open negotiation notices are handled in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsible for ensuring IDR notices are handled in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible for ensuring IDR final offers are handled in a timely and accurate manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Specifications
Experience
Minimum Required
One (1) year of previous revenue cycle experience in a healthcare or insurance setting.
Preferred/Desired
Experience working in Epic
Minimum Required
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Or an equivalentbination of previous related payment reimbursement experience and education.
