Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Experienced Real Estate Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic management of a portfolio of properties to maximize returns, minimize risks, and drive long-term value for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze the property’s financial performance (NOI, budget variances, occupancy trends). Recommend and oversee capital improvements and value-add initiatives. Assist ownership with strategic planning, including renovation project and repositioning efforts. Report KPI’s, leasing performance, maintenance issues and cash flow projections. Identify operations efficiencies to reduce cost and enhance value.

Financial Analysis:

Oversee and analyze property and portfolio performance, develop budgets, and conduct regular forecast updates to ensure alignment with company goals.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated with the local and global real estate market trends, ensuring we remain competitive and make informed decisions.

Operations Management:

Work closely with leasing agents, property managers, and other internal teams to ensure seamless operations and optimize tenant relations.

Risk Management:

Monitor the portfolio to identify risks and work collaboratively to develop mitigation strategies. To include insurance management, property taxes and others.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates and detailed reports on asset performance, valuations, and market conditions to senior management and investors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field. Master’s Degree or relevant certification is a plus. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate asset management or a related field. Strong understanding of real estate markets, valuation techniques, and financial analysis. Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in real estate software and tools like Appfolio a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$50,000.00 – $70,500.00 per year
