OF POSITION
The Financial Analyst is responsible for evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support the organization’s strategic objectives. This position involves performing detailed financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting to guide decision-making processes. The analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial planning aligns with operational goals and contributes to cost optimization and revenue growth. This position will prepare reports for affiliate partners as well. Performs other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decisions. Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to stakeholders. Analyze market trends and financial performance to identify potential risks and opportunities. Develop and maintain financial models to support operational and strategic initiatives. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving strategies. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Support ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CFA/CPA certification is a plus).
Experience:
Proven experience in financial analysis or similar role. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience. Healthcare experience required.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with financial software. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Other Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Understanding financial regulations and market dynamics. Thorough knowledge of GAAP and Cash Basis. Experience with creating financial statements. Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
