ProTech Services is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst for a 6-month contract with a probable extension with a large Service Organization. This is a remote role, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Job Summary
The Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for administering and analyzing salespensation programs to ensure accuracy,pliance, and effectiveness. This role requires collaboration with sales, finance, HR, and operations teams to managepensation plans,mission structures, and incentive programs. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of salespensation models. Key responsibilities include calculatingmissions, conducting audits, resolving inquiries, and optimizingpensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Commission Calculation & Processing

  • Calculate and process monthly manualmissions based on established pay plans.
  • Prepare and distributemission statements and payroll files within deadlines.
  • Maintain and enhancepensation calculation models and tools.
  • Process adjustments and exceptions fairly and consistently.
  • Audit sales performance data to validatemission calculations. Inquiry Resolution
  • Address and resolvemission-related inquiries from sales personnel in a timely manner.
  • Research customer activity to clarifyplex transactions and processes. Data Management
  • Record transactions in systems such as Pest Pac and/or Xactly to provide sales credit formission purposes.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, andanized records ofmission earnings, adjustments, and payouts. Audit & Compliance
  • Assist in audits of salesmission payments and conduct sales credit research to ensurepliance.
  • Review adjustments impactingmission payments to confirm alignment withpensation plans.
  • Ensure adnce to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentpensation processes and maintain detailed records for audits. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with sales, finance, and HR teams to addresspensation-related concerns.
  • Educate sales teams onpensation plans, policies, and payment structures.
  • Support sales leadership in forecasting and budgetingmission expenses.
  • Assist with system implementations and enhancements for salespensation management. Process Improvement
  • Identify risks and opportunities withinpensation processes andmunicate them to the team.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance pay plan administration. Analysis & ing
  • Conductpensation plan analysis and market research to support decision-making.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of salespensation programs. Additional Responsibilities
  • Build strong alliances with sales management and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, HR, IT, and Accounting.
  • Assist Finance and HR Managers withpensation-related matters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:
    Experience:

    2-5 years in salespensation, finance, sales operations, or a related field.

      Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis).
      • Experience with salespensation software (e.g., Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Varicent, Anaplan).
      • Kledge of CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, SAP).
      Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

      Ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.

        Communication Skills:

        Ability to presentplexpensation data clearly to stakeholders.
