The Accounting and Financial Analyst position combines traditional accounting functions with financial analysis and reporting. Ideal candidates will be organized, analytical, and strong communicators. Responsibilities:

Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and productivity analysis Support internal and external financial reporting Review transactions for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards Handle core accounting tasks including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and journal entries as needed Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or 3 – 5 years of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience with accounting software, a plus Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills Experience in the mortgage industry, a bonus but not required #IND123
