Toll Brothers , America’s leading builder of luxury homes seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for our office located in Franklin, Tennessee. What is the opportunity? The regional Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for managing proformas, leading the business planning process, along with forecasting and analyzing revenues, costs, and returns for the Division/Region. They will proactively provide reports and metrics directly to the FP&A Field leadership team and identify areas of opportunity for increased performance to Divisional leadership. What are the primary responsibilities? Collaborating with divisional leadership leading preparation of yearly business plans and long range plans Updating forecast at community level and division level, capturing future sales and settlement projections and paces Analyzing corporate and divisional reporting to ensure the division is managing forward projections for sales, settlements, gross margin and revenue accordingly Work closely with regional finance leads on identifying areas of opportunity to achieve strategic goals Monthly and Quarterly closed loop reporting Partner with accounting during close process, identifying necessary accruals for closing the quarter Preparing various financial and operational reports and scenario analysis for the division including ad hoc reporting requests from senior management across departments Allother duties as assigned Don’t miss this opportunity to join one of the nation’s most respected Fortune 500 companies! Essential:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field 3-5 years of related work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong knowledge of
Excel Preferred:
