JOB SUMMARY

Performs treasury operations involving cash funds, foreign exchange, debt and capital management. Provides analytical and technical support to treasury-related activities.

Manages and monitors cash management transactions for all entities and assists in cash operation activity reporting
Ensures adequate liquidity, anticipates shortterm borrowing needs and prepares cash flow projections
Determines daily cash balances available for investment and executes funds movement transactions
Recommends Treasury management policies and Ensures SOX compliance
Maintains corporate banking relationships with multiple financial institutions to include bank account maintenance updating, opening & closing accounts, and maintain all paperwork to incorporate any/all changes
Daily review and approval of ACH and Positive Pay items as well as research and review all Stop Pay requests and collects/monitors bank fee data monthly for analysis/budget purposes and monitors GL postings for accuracy
