Public Safety Accounting & Audit Analyst – Limited Service Position Available In Washington, Vermont

You will perform training and financialmonitoring to assist our state and federal grant recipients. Duties willinclude reviews of report submissions and single audit requirements, andmay include internal auditing activities. Candidates should have stronganalytical and communication skills, be able to work independently andas a team, and the ability to work on multiple activities. This positionrequires considerable research and review of program and financialcompliance standards.

This is a limited service position with the DPS Finance section. Theselected candidate will be responsible for independently conducting andcompleting all audit assignments and presenting to the Audit Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft excel, haveexcellent communication and analytical skills, and be capable of workingindependently with minor supervision. Please include a cover letter aspart of your application materials.

The starting rate for this position will include a 15% market factoradjustment. A hybrid telework schedule may be considered, but in-personwork will be required.## •Environmental Factors•Duties may be performed in a standard office setting or by workingremotely.
