This position requires a strong understanding of financial products, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The F&I Manager will work closely with customers to assess their financial needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their purchasing experience. Duties Negotiate financing terms and conditions with lenders to secure the best options for customers. Conduct credit analysis to evaluate customer eligibility for loans and financing programs. Prepare and present contracts for vehicle purchases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations. Utilize financial software to manage loan processing efficiently and maintain organized records of transactions. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide exceptional service throughout the purchasing process. Implement effective customer relationship management strategies to foster trust and repeat business. Maintain proficiency in basic math to accurately calculate payments, interest rates, and other financial metrics. Stay updated on industry trends, financing options, and changes in regulations affecting automotive sales. Experience Candidates should possess relevant experience in automotive sales or finance, with a strong background in loan processing and contract management. Familiarity with financial software is essential, along with skills in 10 key typing for efficient data entry. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of successful negotiation and customer relationship management, demonstrating an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
