Maintain accurate records of patient accounts and ensure data integrity. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure accurate documentation for coding purposes. Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries regarding their accounts. Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and billing practices. Experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing is preferred. Proficiency in medical coding (CPT, ICD-10) is a plus.
