Compensation:

$150-$160K (DOE) What you’ll be doing: Proficient in leveraging DSS platforms to extract, model, and interpret complex datasets. Capable of turning raw data into actionable insights through advanced reporting and forecasting tools. Supports strategic decision-making across departments by providing data-driven recommendations. Hands-on experience in developing and managing annual revenue budgets. Performs ongoing variance analysis—comparing actual revenue performance against budget forecasts. Independently pulls and synthesizes data for ad hoc financial reviews, presentations, and strategy sessions. Approaches data with curiosity and a critical eye, always questioning how things can be improved. Actively identifies opportunities to optimize ROI, pricing strategies, profitability, and operational workflows. Drives performance improvements by translating financial findings into business opportunities. Deep understanding of healthcare policies, compliance standards, and reimbursement frameworks. Stays current with regulatory changes affecting revenue streams (e.g., CMS updates, payer contract trends, DRG/APC shifts). Ensures analytical recommendations align with legal and ethical healthcare financial practices. Requirements for the role Bachelor’s or master’s in finance, Accounting, Health Administration, or a related field. 3-7 years in a healthcare finance or decision support role (provider or payer side). Proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, EPIC, Meditech, Strata, or similar systems. What will set you apart? Strong communicator, translating complex data into digestible narratives for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
