Revenue and Payables Manager Position Available In Jefferson, Alabama

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Revenue and Payables Manager in IRONDALE, Alabama, United States. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all accounts receivable and accounts payable activities, ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our company. You will lead the team in charge of billing, collections, vendor payments, and expense management, playing a crucial role in our financial operations. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the precise and timely processing of all accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
• Lead the Revenue and Payables team, providing leadership, management, and accountability.
• Create and document Revenue and Payables processes, ensuring consistent adherence by all team members.
• Identify and implement process and system improvements.
• Provide assistance to the team in resolving questions and eliminating roadblocks.
• Prepare monthly client and vendor financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures and assist in audit support.
• Manage multiple financial workflows simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Maintain accounting functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Manage administrative tasks related to accounting and financial operations.
