Job Description:
At Regions, the Treasury Management Relationship Manager Associate (TMRM Associate) supports Treasury Management sales teams by assisting with sales and retention strategies for key client relationships. This role provides support to the Treasury Management Sales or Commercial Card Sales teams, helping with client and prospect research, preparing sales proposals, and assisting with annual Treasury Management reviews. Additionally, this position will also support collaboration between the Treasury Management Sales team, Commercial Relationship Managers, and product teams to prepare for client or prospect meetings. Primary Responsibilities Supports Treasury Management sales team and/or Commercial Card Consultants in relationship responsibilities, including interaction with current and prospective clients
Interfaces and builds client relationships working with the Treasury Management sales team and/or Commercial Card Consultant team to ensure quality account support
Prepares written materials, including pitches, proposals, client materials and associated supporting analyses
Completes client industry and bank research, as well as comparisons to peers within the industry
Conducts sales and annual Review presentations
May review client account schematics
Operates as a Cash Flow Advisor
- partnering with Credit Products for key working capital metrics
Executes on other items as requested for specific client and prospect meetings This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in related field
or High School Diploma or GED and two (2) years in Treasury Services Sales or related experience Preferences 1 year banking experience, preferably in Treasury Management or Business/Commercial Banking
Bilingual Skills and Competencies Advanced user of PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
