Key Components of the role will include: Marriott experience is preferred but not required. Execute in-depth analysis of revenue, profit, and demand trends for hotel rooms and event space within a specific cluster or for an individual hotel. Develop and utilize analytical tools and systems to optimize revenue and profitability. Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and financial projections to guide strategic decision-making. Contribute meaningfully to the sales strategy by evaluating effectiveness and identifying revenue opportunities. Conduct historical and future revenue analysis to inform the property leadership team on demand trends.
