This pivotal role maximizes revenue, profit, and demand for our hotel rooms and meeting spaces. The successful candidate will leverage analytical tools and systems to drive performance and contribute to our overall sales strategy. Key Components of the role will include: Marriott experience is preferred but not required. Execute in-depth analysis of revenue, profit, and demand trends for hotel rooms and event space within a specific cluster or for an individual hotel. Develop and utilize analytical tools and systems to optimize revenue and profitability. Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and financial projections to guide strategic decision-making. Contribute meaningfully to the sales strategy by evaluating effectiveness and identifying revenue opportunities. Conduct historical and future revenue analysis to inform the property leadership team on demand trends.
