Job Description We are searching for a RCM Team Lead to join our team in Birmingham, AL. This candidate will sit onsite in Birmingham M-F from 8am-5pm. This person oversees the day-to-day operations and performance of the RCM team, ensuring efficient revenue collection and adherence to best practices. They provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members while also analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize the revenue cycle.
