Key Responsibilities Financial Operations Management:
Oversee daily finance operations, including processing finance applications, managing loan approvals, and ensuring compliance with legal and dealership policies.
Profitability and Compliance:
Strategically manage finance products to maximize dealership profitability while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards and ethical practices.
Customer Relations:
Build trust with customers by clearly explaining finance options, products, and services, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the sales, service, and administrative teams to streamline dealership processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Financial Reporting:
Regularly review financial performance metrics, provide detailed reports, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Qualifications Previous automotive Finance Manager experience required. Minimum 1 year of dealership finance experience. Proven track record in successfully managing dealership finance operations. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Strong understanding of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
