This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for someone who is as confident reconciling accounts and analyzing reports as they are working with operations to improve how information flows through the company. You’ll report directly to the President and manage key team members. Your impact will be visible, meaningful, and highly valued. What You’ll Do Accounting & Finance Lead the month-end close process including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries Prepare monthly financial packages for leadership with insights and analysis Review daily transactions and invoices for accuracy in QuickBooks and ServiceTitan Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making Inventory & Data Oversight Oversee material purchasing, staging, and inventory replenishment across trucks and warehouses Monitor job costing accuracy and ensure consistency Maintain clean, reliable master data across customers, pricing, jobs, locations, and inventory Systems & Process Management Identify inefficiencies in operational or financial processes and propose practical solutions Ensure QuickBooks and ServiceTitan remain aligned and error-free Hold the team accountable to data accuracy and operational standards Become the company’s go-to expert for how business data is structured and used Team & Collaboration Collaborate daily with the operations team to maintain job and inventory accuracy Take initiative to solve problems without requiring constant direction What We’re Looking For 5+ years in finance, accounting, or operations roles Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, data manipulation) Proficiency in QuickBooks; experience with ServiceTitan is a strong plus Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Proactive, process-minded, and results-driven Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced business environment Compensation & Growth Starting salary: $60,000-$75,000 , based on experience and ability to grow with the role.
