Growthpotential in this role. Job Highlights / Responsibilities Work onmultiple transactions at once across various stages of theinvestment process. Educate borrowers and brokers on their loanprograms. Provide best-in-class service to direct borrowers andintermediaries. Participate in the underwriting and executionprocess of direct lending investments from due diligence toInvestment Committee approval. Research and analyze transactions,including risk and creditworthiness of borrower. Create and updatefinancial models for transactions. Generate Investment Committeematerials and actively participate in the Investment Committeeprocess. Assist in the legal documentation process and draftinvestment term sheets. Oversee existing investments and monitorfinancial performance. Maintain relationships with borrowers andintermediaries. Requirements Rising senior or recently obtained BAor BS required with a strong GPA (3.5 or above). 1-3 years ofinvestment banking or relevant investment experience (middle marketcredit, direct lending, lender finance). Strong attention to detailand ability to multi-task. Collegial and transparent with a highlevel of integrity. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook andPowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
