Treasury Management Manager 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 203 Main Street, Thomaston, CT 06787 Role The Treasury Management (TM) Manager will establish the TM sales strategy, focus and objectives to ensure contribution to the growth plan and strategic goals of the Bank. Works closely with the product development and management teams to define product needs to support growth objectives. Cooperates with implementation and servicing teams to identify ways to improve the client experience. Seen as a trusted advisor, will work closely with the TM team and commercial clients to understand their business, optimize working capital and minimize financial and reputational risk. They will focus on creating and delivering customized solutions with a consultative approach. Monitors market trends and conditions to ensure the Bank remains competitive. Ensures products, agreements and collateral are kept up to date, compliant and accurate. Major Duties and Responsibilities Description Manage and lead the revenue and net contribution of all treasury management and merchant product sales, including sales goals, revenue generation, incentive programs, profit/loss. Prepare appropriate documentation and agreements relating to treasury management products and services in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures. Develops, administers and monitors programs that ensure the Bank’s compliance with laws, regulation and rules governing operations and product offerings, products and services. Provides ongoing servicing, training and support to current customers relating to disputes, product enhancements, product recommendations and general account status. Collaborate with partners and leadership to advance the TM strategy. Research federal and state banking laws and regulations, reviews Bank policies and procedures and ensures compliance with laws and regulations. Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
