Experienced Finance Manager – Automotive Dealership Are you a results-driven finance professional with a passion for customer satisfaction and automotive sales? We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at our thriving new car dealership!

Full-Time What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in automotive finance management. Strong background in customer satisfaction , F&I product sales, and compliance. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to close deals and drive revenue. Expert knowledge of lender guidelines , extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other F&I products. Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and e-contracting platforms. High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to transparency and customer trust.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure financing and leasing for customers through a wide network of lenders. Present and sell finance and insurance products in a professional, compliant manner. Maintain excellent CSI scores through responsive, respectful customer service. Work closely with the sales department to maximize profit while ensuring a positive customer experience. Stay current with all applicable laws and regulations affecting F&I operations.
