Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategicSenior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role iscrucial in driving financial performance through comprehensiveanalysis, forecasting, and reporting to support key businessdecisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills,experience working cross-functionally, and the ability to translatecomplex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadthe monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning andforecasting processes. Develop detailed financial models to supportbudgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. Analyzebusiness trends, variances, and key performance indicators toidentify risks and opportunities. Partner with business leaders toprovide financial insights that support decision-making and drivegrowth. Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards forsenior management and stakeholders. Assist in the development andimplementation of financial planning tools and systems. Support adhoc financial analysis projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relatedfield; 5 years of progressive FP&A experience Advancedproficiency in Excel and financial modeling Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, able to convey complexinformation clearly.
