We are seeking a skilled and experienced F&I Manager to join our team. As an F&I Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and insurance aspects of the automotive sales process. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Process and finalize all financial transactions related to vehicle sales Present and explain financing options, extended warranties, and other aftermarket products to customers Negotiate with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and terms for customers Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for title processing and vehicle registration Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to financing and insurance Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Collaborate with sales team to maximize profitability on each sale Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding finance and insurance products, industry trends, and best practices
