Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger accounting and reconciliation. Develop and implement cost management strategies to optimize financial performance. Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic planning and decision-making processes. Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and other regulatory requirements. Conduct account analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue management practices. Utilize financial software to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy. Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred. Proven experience in finance management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in general ledger accounting, cost management, and financial report interpretation. Familiarity with IFRS standards and compliance regulations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Experience with financial software systems is required.
