Location:
Fort Lauderdale, FL -Hybrid (3 days in the office) We are seeking an Accounting Manager with direct experience in multi-entity accounting for a large company. The Accounting Manager will work directly with the Agency, offshore teams and internal staff, and will prepare, review and analyze financial statements and meet aggressive reporting requirements for multiple agencies.
Responsibilities:
Manage Senior Accountants on assigned teamReview and approve timesheets, time off requests and prepare and deliver annual evaluationsCoordinate offshore team activities and work productPrimary contact with Agency Finance teamsApprove journal entries with appropriate backupReview & submit final P&L and Balance Sheet to Agency for approvalPromote Agency approved Revenue Flash, P&L and B/S in Hyperion Financial Management toolMaintain Agency scoreboard with current close statusReview Hyperion Financial Management walk to Microsoft Dynamics AX trial balance to ensure there are no topside entriesReview and approve B/S reconciliation packagePromote all working capital schedules in Hyperion Financial Management toolPromote Internal Reporting Package schedules in Hyperion Financial Management toolComplete various report for the annual tax package
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
