Position Overview:

As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for structuring car deals, securing financing through various lenders, presenting finance and insurance products to customers, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong F&I experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Present financing options and aftermarket products to customers in a clear and ethical manner Secure financing through banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions using Dealertrack Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines Collaborate with sales managers and sales consultants to maximize profit and customer satisfaction Submit accurate paperwork to lenders and ensure timely funding Maintain strong lender relationships to expand approval capabilities

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive finance or F&I management required Familiarity with Dealertrack is required Automotive sales or dealership experience is a plus Strong knowledge of vehicle titling, DMV requirements, and finance documentation Exceptional interpersonal, sales, and communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
