Program Overview The Fast Track to Leadership program is designed to accelerate your path into management within our dynamic agency system. Participants begin as financial professionals and—after meeting specific performance benchmarks—transition into a Leadership Development Manager role within 12 to 24 months. What You’ll Do Build and grow your own financial services practice backed by New York Life’s industry-leading training and resources. Develop expertise in insurance and financial solutions to help individuals, families, and businesses reach their goals. Qualify for fast-track advancement into a sales management role , mentoring and recruiting new financial professionals. Drive agency growth, culture, and success by becoming a trusted leader in your market. What We’re Looking For Proven success in a sales, business development, or entrepreneurial environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Passion for helping others, combined with high integrity and self-discipline. A college degree is preferred; (Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole) is a plus in South Florida. Life and Health License (or willingness to obtain); Series 6/63 or 7/66 is a plus.
