Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced F&I Manager to join our team. The Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financing and insurance for our customers’ vehicle purchases.

Duties:

• Process loan applications and secure financing for customers
• Negotiate finance terms with financial institutions
• Sell finance and insurance products to customers
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the financing process
• Analyze credit reports and perform credit analysis
• Ensure all paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and in compliance with regulations
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems effectively
• Upsell additional finance and insurance products to enhance customer experience

• Experience:

• Proven experience in loan processing, sales, negotiation, and financial services
• Strong understanding of basic math principles for financial calculations
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with customers
• Ability to analyze credit reports and assess creditworthiness
