Job Description
SkyBridge Luxury & Associates has partnered with two luxury resort properties in Naples, FL to source a Remote Area Director of Revenue Management . This key leadership role will be responsible for strategic pricing, revenue optimization, forecasting, and market positioning across both resorts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Florida resort markets, a deep understanding of luxury hospitality revenue strategies, and the ability to travel to Naples a few times per month to collaborate with on-site teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical and strategic revenue leader who excels at maximizing profitability, adapting to dynamic market conditions, and driving long-term revenue growth for premier resort destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Property Revenue Strategy:
Develop and execute data-driven pricing and revenue management strategies for two luxury resorts, ensuring optimal room rates, package offerings, and F&B revenue streams .
Forecasting & Performance Analysis:
Lead detailed revenue forecasting, market trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking , ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Luxury Resort Expertise:
Leverage in-depth knowledge of Florida’s luxury resort market, seasonal demand patterns, and high-net-worth traveler preferences to optimize pricing strategies. Collaboration with
Leadership:
Work closely with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align revenue strategies with broader business objectives.
Technology & Systems Management:
Utilize revenue management systems (RMS), channel distribution tools, and dynamic pricing platforms to drive efficiency and profitability.
On-Site Presence & Market Engagement:
Travel to Naples a couple of times per month for leadership meetings, strategy sessions, and on-property revenue assessments.
Group & Leisure Segmentation:
Optimize leisure, group, and transient mix , ensuring a balanced approach that maximizes both occupancy and ADR.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in luxury resort revenue management , preferably in Florida’s high-end hospitality market . Previous multi-property or remote revenue management experience strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting, pricing models, and demand segmentation . Proficiency in RMS, PMS, and channel distribution platforms (e.g., Duetto, IDeaS, Opera, Synxis, TravelClick, STR, and other industry tools) . Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach , capable of working independently while collaborating with on-property teams. Ability to travel to Naples 2+ times per month for in-person meetings and site visits. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
