As they continue to grow, they are seeking an Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations including A/R, A/P, payroll, and general ledger Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Lead monthly close processes and account reconciliations Oversee job cost accounting and construction-related financial reporting Ensure compliance with GAAP and all regulatory requirements Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership on budgeting and forecasting Supervise and develop accounting staff Support external audits and tax preparation processes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in construction Strong understanding of job cost accounting, WIP reports, and construction billing Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Viewpoint, Sage 300 CRE, or similar) Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
