Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Lead the corporate planning cycle, including driver-based forecasting, capital planning, and long-range strategic planning. Develop and stabilize integrated 3-statement financial models and cash flow forecasting. Build and optimize budget infrastructure to support the upcoming budget cycle kicking off in July. Provide support and coaching to Business Unit Finance Leaders in a multi-entity environment, balancing guidance with empowerment. Overhaul the CAPEX planning and review process. Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and support change management. Produce both standard and ad hoc management reporting. Directly manage two team members and assist in identifying and onboarding candidates for two open finance roles.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in financial management with a solid understanding of GAAP. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), Power BI, and SharePoint. Strong technical background in financial systems, including system implementation and development. Proven experience with planning and forecasting tools (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, Adaptive Insights, Planful). Familiarity with AI/ML applications in forecasting and predictive analytics is a strong plus. Demonstrated success in tool evaluation, selection, and implementation.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required. MBA and/or CPA highly preferred.
