The Revenue Growth Manager position will focus onoptimizing pricing strategies to maximize profitable revenue growthwhile maintaining competitiveness. This role will design andimplement strategic, tactical, and operational pricing initiatives,evaluate pricing elasticities, enhance promotional ROI, andleverage insights for continuous improvement. This role will alsowork cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, andoperations teams to identify new revenue opportunities, developpricing and promotional strategies, and ensure the execution ofoptimal go-to-market strategies. This position will uphold brandstrategies to deliver market leading growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build out and lead the Revenue Growth Management capability atSwisher, including vision, strategy, and key RGM initiatives;aggregating data, designing processes, identifying tools/systems,and executing revenue growth strategies aligned with overallbusiness strategy & objectives. Analyze sales performance, markettrends, and customer data to detect opportunities and build planstargeting better price execution, including price pack architecture(PPA), and promotion optimization to maximize profitable revenuegrowth and market share. Develop and implement pricing strategies(EDLP, FSP, RSP) across our portfolio, categories and channels.
Ensure that pricing aligns with market conditions, customerexpectations, and organizational goals. Develop new productspricing strategies that deliver on brand and organizationalobjectives and strategies. Analyze pricing performance andrecommend adjustments, including price increase / decreaseevaluations. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to enhancecustomer acquisition, retention, and loyalty while collaboratingwith Finance and Operations to ensure alignment between revenuestrategies and business financial objectives. Trade PromotionManagement (TPM) (future state) work with Sales and Trade on preand post event evaluation to maximize trade optimization efforts.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), price elasticity andcompetitor pricing activities and provide data-drivenrecommendations for continuous improvement. Support the developmentof revenue forecasting models and business planning processes. Leadstrategic discussions on revenue generation with seniorstakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required 5 years working infast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, technology, or a similarindustry 5 years of experience in finance, sales or brand finance,or trade marketing 2 years of experience in revenue growthmanagement, pricing strategy, or a related role Proficient inleveraging and utilizing syndicated data (IRI) Demonstrated successin implementing revenue growth strategies that drive measurablebusiness results Excellent analytical and modeling capabilities,proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI is a must, as isexperience managing complex, incomplete & inconsistent datasets anddefining strategic analytics Ability to translate complex,data-intense analytics into actionable recommendations Strongverbal and written communication skills to effectively conveyfindings to both peers and upper-level management
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or arelated field Preferred Qualifications 3 years of experience inrevenue growth management, pricing strategy, or a related role
