Position Summary:
The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager sells used and new car buyers financing and insurance programs. F&I managers also work with financial lenders to give fair interest rates and programs to buyers. F&I managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards of the dealership. Must maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Education and Experience:
5 years of automotive sales experience 3 year in a dealership management position. Prior experience in an Automotive Finance Manager position is required. Strong communication skills to work with customers, employees, and finance and insurance vendors. Strong history of Funding Deals/Prime and SubPrime. Dealertrack, Vin Solutions CRM, Assurant Warranties and Dealer DMV experience
