Clearpark Capital is seeking a seasoned Managing Director to spearhead our investor relations strategy and expand our institutional capital network. What You’ll Do Strategic Investor Relations:
Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies to expand our institutional capital base Cultivate relationships with family offices, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and other institutional investors Present investment opportunities and market insights to sophisticated investor audiences Coordinate investor meetings, due diligence processes, and capital deployment initiatives
Capital Network Expansion:
Identify and onboard new institutional capital sources seeking infrastructure investment opportunities Maintain ongoing relationships with existing network of 4,000+ financier relationships Structure and negotiate partnership agreements with institutional investors Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and market positioning
Transaction Leadership:
Oversee investor participation in high-value infrastructure transactions ($50M-$5B range) Coordinate with internal teams on deal structuring and investor matching Ensure seamless execution of capital deployment processes Provide market intelligence and investor feedback to inform business strategy
