Mortgage Branch Manager Statewide Mortgage 6920 East Fowler Avenue, Temple Terrace, FL 33617 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively communicate with team members and clients while fostering a positive work environment. Duties Contribute to recruitment and hiring process. Mentor, monitor, and coach sales team to build referral network. Provide guidance regarding service, products, and goals. Build client base by prospecting and developing new client relationships. Oversee mortgage sales functions Actively engage with training of internal/external loan officers and branch mangers in industry best practices for conventional conforming, portfolio and government lending. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while ensuring adherence to industry regulations. Skills/Qualifications Excellent time management skills. Ability to maintain job performance while aligning with company mission, values and policies. Must have NMLS Licensing. Extensive knowledge of government and conventional loan programs Experience in sales management is a plus.
