Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Partner Success Specialist (PSS) to support our Partner Success and Strategy Teams. As a foundational member of our team, you will work alongside our Vice President of Academic Relations, Partner Success Managers (PSMs), Partner Success Executives (PSEs), and Partner Success Assistant (PSA) to ensure the success of our partnerships. This is a dynamic, multifaceted, and challenging role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. You will also collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to drive impactful partnerships. As our company continues its high-growth trajectory, you will play a key role in maintaining momentum and scaling our Partner Success efforts. Serve as the manager for K-12 partnerships, ensuring smooth operations and engagement. Onboard new partners and ensure they have the resources and support they need for success. Provide general support to partnerships within your caseload, including monitoring engagement data, helping partners optimize their programs, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Maintain partnerships within your caseload, ensuring engagement and success while working with the PSE on renewals and expansion opportunities. Prepare for partnership meetings by gathering and analyzing data, organizing reports, and assisting in follow-ups. Gain familiarity with all Knack partnerships and attend occasional stakeholder meetings with partners. Step in as a substitute for PSMs, when necessary. Complete End-of-Term (EOT) and Academic Year (AY) reports by adding commentary and finalizing them for PSM and PSE review. Participate in occasional travel for partner visits, conferences, or team gatherings as needed. This may be for you if… You have 2+ years of experience working in higher education. Extra Credit! Experience with peer education programs in higher education. Experience leading the adoption and implementation of a technology platform in a campus-based role. Experience in operations, higher education technology, or account management. Experience in partner success work outside of higher education. Graduate degree in education (higher education preferred). Based in or around the New Jersey area.
