Position Overview:

The Accounting Manager will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, overseeing payroll, assisting with audits, and preparing financial reports. This role directly supervises one Accounting Analyst and collaborates closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Process bi-weekly payroll and manage payroll-related journal entries and reconciliations Support month-end closing, including journal entries, cash and account reconciliations Assist with annual budget preparation and external audit coordination Analyze financial statements and provide reporting for internal stakeholders Support grant reporting and compliance tracking Act as a backup to the CFO as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred) 3-5+ years of financial management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ADP and Microsoft Dynamics GP/NAV preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Perks:
