We are a family owned dealership in Lee County since 1968 with multiple locations. We are a busy, independent dealership with over 200 vehicles in inventory and are looking for a team player with a great attitude who is customer service oriented. The ideal candidate will oversee dealership management and financial duties included but not limited to: •
Duties:
•Train Sales Staff Take TO’s Appraise Trades Desk Deals Get deals Funded Oversee customer loan origination and approval process. Determine the customer’s need for financing and payment options. Closing deals with customers which includes presenting aftermarket products at time of sale. Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders. Using email and follow up calls to communicate with lenders customers Provide training and support to the sales staff & BDC agent. Help manage aspects within the sales department and inventory lot. •
Requirements:
•Automotive Dealership Experience Preferred Familiarity with DealerTrack DMS, RouteOne & VInSolutions Proven work experience as a Finance Manager, Sales Manager or similar role Front Office Experience with a desire to provide a high level of customer service Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Room to grow with the company! This position offers top pay (base hourly) plus commission and opportunities for monthly bonus. We have a very laid back and casual dress code with a fun atmosphere!
