Legal Finance Manager

Monday – Friday (Business Hours)

Salary:

$65,000 to $70,000+ DOE

Location:

Fort Myers, FL
This position involves overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, legal agreements, risk management, and external relationships. You will be instrumental in guiding strategic business transactions and maintaining robust internal controls.
Job Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the complete financial and legal management of the company. This includes developing financial strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing expert advice to leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

managing risk, preparing financial reports, leading legal negotiations, overseeing external partnerships, implementing internal controls, and leading finance/legal teams. The role also involves strategic planning for mergers, acquisitions, investments, and tax compliance, and ensuring the integrity of financial systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred), 4+ years senior financial/legal experience. Requires expertise in corporate finance, accounting, legal regulations, risk management, and governance. Must excel in analysis, financial modeling, strategic thinking, and ethical decision-making.
