This is not a clinic but an essential hub for managing operations across various healthcare services. In this part-time role, you’ll play a key role in financial management, human resources, and regulatory compliance. We’re looking for someone with a long-term commitment to grow with us and help drive excellence in all that we do.

What You’ll Do:
Financial Precision :

Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure bank reconciliations are accurate and timely.

QuickBooks :

Manage our financials using QuickBooks, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all records.

Seamless Onboarding :

Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience by completing all personnel documents, initiating background screenings, adding profiles into the payroll system, and conducting reference checks.

Payroll & Tax Expertise :

Oversee payroll processing and tax filings, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Licensing & Compliance :

Ensure our providers’ licenses are current with the state of Florida and all insurance carriers. Keep contracts updated and in compliance with regulations.

Benefits Administration :

Administer health benefits, 401k programs, and PTO banks to support and retain a satisfied, well-compensated team.

Reconciliation & Quality Assurance :

Manage reconciliations and ensure the quality management program for our office is up-to-date and fully compliant with Medicare, Medicaid, and AHCA standards.

Additional Projects :

Take on various exciting projects to support operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

What You Bring:
Experience :

5+ years of bookkeeping experience, with advanced proficiency in QuickBooks.

HR Expertise :

At least 2 years of HR experience, especially focused on payroll, compliance, and benefits administration.

Fast-Paced Adaptability :

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Exceptional Communication & Organizational Skills :

A proven ability to communicate effectively and stay organized in all aspects of your work.

Tech-Savvy :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred :

Bachelor’s degree
