In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning processes, providing strategic insights, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. You will play a critical role in guiding the organization’s financial strategy and supporting decision-making processes that drive growth and profitability. In addition to salary, the position is also eligible for bonus. Duties Oversees the development of financial models for budgeting and forecasting. Analyzing current financial performance against historical data and forecasts. Identifying trends and making recommendations for financial optimization. Presenting financial data and strategies to senior management and board members. Advising on long-term business and financial planning. Develops policies and procedures to collect and analyze financial data to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting and interpretation of financial metrics. Researches, develops, and improves financial modeling and forecasting methodologies. Implements controls and policies to monitor and ensure all financial analysis, planning, and reporting activities meet industry standards and regulatory compliance. Develop and maintain company dashboards in support of strategic reviews. Other duties as assigned. Skills Experienced in Domo or other business intelligence software required Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Excellent in database and accounting computer application systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of financial concepts, including strategic planning, account analysis, and financial statement preparation. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
