Full Job Description Description:

The Revenue Cycle Director is responsible for developing, implementing and leading effective processes of all aspects of the revenue/income stream. The position is accountable for maximizing income through KPIs which are directed to achieve income and accounts receivable goals. A solid knowledge of PM software, payer networks, and clearinghouse/claim processes will be important to manage the 15-person billing/A/R business office. The Revenue Cycle Director will monitor and direct the day-to-day operations of all areas which impact the revenue cycle, working closely with supervisors in the front office and claims management. In addition, the role is responsible for maintaining and building appropriate routine KPI reports to track revenue cycle performance and staff productivity.

Requirements:

Experience in developing and implementing revenue cycle processes, controls and automation Strong organizational and communication skills, with familiarity of technology for analysis and process improvement Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum five (5) years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, particularly helpful with accounts receivable emphasis Advanced responsibilities including managing supervisors and staff required Background in orthopaedics and associated ancillaries helpful Microsoft Office experience required
