A busy, fast-paced Real Estate/Construction Services firm in Sunny Isles is seeking highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to lead their Accounting team onsite. As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee a small accounting team, manage the company’s financial accounts, document and maintain daily financial transactions, and follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives.
Duties:
Reconciliation of company accountsPrepare financial statements and analysis for the whole of the companyMaintain and oversee all accounting procedures and processesFollow and comply with GAAP for financial statementsRecord and research all financial information for analysisOversee budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgetsDocument and interpret complicated financial information for executivesAdvise on the procedures and financial management as well as developing systems and solutionsForecast and plans according to fiscal needsDocumenting day to day financial transactions details and monitoring transactions.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networkingProcessing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arisePrepare sales proposals and contractsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutionsStay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Qualifications:
