The person in this role will play a key role supporting the corporate accounting and finance function; will implement processes and procedures, streamline processes for increased efficiency, lead automation efforts, ensure SOX compliance, and create strategic plans for accounting and finance transformation projects.
Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
REQUIRED
Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred CPA Preferred 4-8 years of progressive experience with a blend of accounting or finance plus finance transformation Ideally 2+ years in Big 4 or a National Public Accounting Firm within the finance transformation group Experience with an ERP implementation or conversion is highly preferred Must have strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX controls Must have excellent communication skills as this position is highly visible working cross functionally.
