Responsibilities:

As an Accounting Manager, your mainresponsibilities will include: 1. Overseeing the preparation,analysis, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annualfinancial reports. 2. Ensuring compliance with state and federallaws in all financial transactions and reporting. 3. Implementingand managing all activities related to PeopleSoft, including systemupgrades and process improvements. 4. Supervising and mentoring ateam of accountants, fostering a culture of continuous learning andimprovement. 5. Coordinating with other departments to ensureaccuracy and completeness of financial data. 6. Developing andimplementing effective accounting policies and procedures. 7.Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. 8.Participating in financial audits and implementing auditrecommendations. 9. Providing strategic financial insights tosupport decision-making.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate forthe Accounting Manager role will have the following qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. AMaster’s degree or CPA required. 2.
