Automotive Finance and Insurance Assistant Pay:

CDK and Dealership Experience Preferred TruckMax in Homestead, FL , has an immediate need to hire a Finance and Insurance Assistant to assist our Finance and Insurance Managers and Office Staff. Experience is preferred, even if on Tag and Title desk or Billing desk. Enjoy working Monday•Friday. No weekends. TruckMax is proud to have been Florida’s premier destination for commercial truck sales for over 25 years. We specialize in Isuzu, Hino, Mitsubishi, Cummins and Volvo trucks. We have locations in Homestead, Naples, Miami, & Ft Pierce, Florida .

Finance and Insurance Assistant:
Assist Finance and Insurance Managers and Office Staff Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions Process wholesales and Dealer trades Register warranties Responsible for customer data privacy; keeping computers and files protected. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements Finance and Insurance Assistant:
Previous Dealership experience is highly recommended CDK experience is highly recommended Must be self-motivated with an ability to manage and organize time and activities. Demonstrate high character and achieve high results. Able to use/learn to use Microsoft Office Products, and other software products as required Excellent communication skills and customer service skills A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance Please upload your resume.
