JOB SUMMARY
The Corporate Treasury Operations Manager is an experienced,results-oriented individual and a key member of Seacoast’sCorporate Treasury Finance Team. The person will be responsible forleading and executing operational activities for the CorporateTreasury Finance team, including Bond Accounting and InvestmentOperations, Cash Management and Wire Activity, Pledging Activity,and Collateral Reporting.
Bond Accounting and InvestmentOperations:
Oversee bond accounting, safekeeping, and pledging systemsincluding data entry and data quality to ensure the accuracy andtimeliness of investment reporting. Manage trade execution, settlement, and booking of bondtransactions; review bond accounting entries to ensure timely andaccurate booking. Generate monthly and quarterly reports for auditors andfinancial reporting; ensure timely completion of month-end closeprocess for the securities portfolio. Provide reporting for the bank’s SBIC and LIHTC alternativeinvestment portfolios. Collaborate with Accounting Operations group to reconcileportfolio balances and cashflows. Maintain updated documentation of current departmental policiesand procedures.
Collateral Reporting and Pledging Activity:
Provides monthly FRB and FHLB Loan Reporting Oversee reporting for Qualified Public Deposits (QPDs) Manage pledging activity with Safekeeping agent and otherthird-party pledgees. Reconcile Safekeeping and Bond Accounting reports.
CashMonitoring and Wire Activity:
Lead internal communication around intraday cash activity andmanage to target cash balances Coordinate with Liquidity and Funding and Asset/LiabilityManagers to properly fund the bank’s liquidity needs. Oversee and approve wire execution by Junior Analyst.
Regulatory Reporting Support:
Coordinate across the Corporate Treasury Finance group toprepare for and respond to regulatory assessments and requests.

Experience:
Prior experience with FIS InTrader strongly preferred. 5+ years of Treasury Operations experience including managingbond accounting system and supporting investment activities. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Finance,Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong communication and interpersonal skillsThe Statementsabove are intended to describe the general nature and level of workbeing performed by people assigned to this position.
