Finance Manager Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone with strong financial and analytical skills. Rather than a traditional accounting background, we’re seeking someone who is entrepreneurial, adaptable, and able to manage a broad range of financial responsibilities – from budgeting and forecasting to investment and tax reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning and analysis, including projections, budgeting, and spend tracking Manage day-to-day expense oversight and cash flow Support reporting for investments and taxes, coordinating with external advisors Work closely with the founder on personal and business-related financial matters Interface with legal, banking, and tax professionals as part of a broader advisory team Handle a mix of accounting, finance, budgeting, and strategic financial tasks

Ideal Candidate:

3-6 years of experience in finance, FP&A, private banking, or a well-rounded CPA background Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex financial data Comfortable wearing many hats and working in a less structured, fast-moving environment Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow and take ownership Not limited to accounting – prefers variety and broader exposure to finance and operations Ascendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
